"Just wanted to let you know that I LOVED the meat loaf dinner from Tuesday. Meatloaf can be an iffy thing, but yours was delicious. Loved the potatoes and veggies too….. very generous portions!
I recently lost my husband after a 3 ½ year battle with cancer, and cooking for just myself is not very appealing during these early days….. so I am the perfect candidate for these prepared meals. I see us becoming fast friends in the days ahead! "
